Our Promise

Every Northern Foundry order is printed to order and inspected before it leaves the workshop. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, message us through the contact page within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We'll either reprint and reship the item at no cost or refund you in full. Your choice.

Changed Your Mind?

Because every item is custom printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If you reach out before printing starts, we'll happily cancel or modify the order at no cost.

Custom Print Orders

Custom prints from your own STL files are final sale once printing has started. We'll confirm details with you before queuing any custom job.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank processing may add a few extra days before funds appear.
