Free Shipping to Canada & the United States
Northern Foundry ships free across Canada and to the United States on every order, no minimum required. Orders ship from our Calgary, Alberta workshop via tracked Canada Post.
No Tariffs to US Customers
Because our products are made in Canada and shipped under the CUSMA trade agreement, they qualify for tariff-free entry into the United States. You pay zero duties or border fees on top of your order.
Production & Delivery Times
Every item is printed to order. Total time from order to delivery is roughly:
- Small items (tokens, single miniatures): 2–4 production days + shipping
- Medium orders: 4–7 production days + shipping
- Large terrain sets: 7–10 production days + shipping
Canadian destinations typically deliver in 2–7 business days after shipping. US destinations typically deliver in 5–10 business days.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If anything's wrong with your package once it arrives, message us through the contact page within 14 days and we'll make it right.
